The tour is self-guided, visitors will get a map, and we are introducing our new app “Wax Magic” where you can enjoy an exciting historic experience complemented with augmented reality.

    • Can I bring my buggy / pram?

Due to the nature of the building, we would ask that buggies be left at reception especially during busy times. There is no access to the basement floor using the elevator.

    • Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

There is wheelchair access to all floors except the basement, using the elevator. Due to the nature of the building there is a limited number of wheelchairs we can accommodate at any one time. Please call 00353 1 6718373  in advance of your visit.
