SCHOOL TOURS

The National wax Museum plus is an ideal location for school tours as it incorporates interactive learning and fun. Group rates are available and teachers admission is free with every group.

We understand that there is a lot of planning involved in bringing a whole class to The National Wax Museum Plus and that is why teachers are offered a free pass to come to the museum in advance of making a booking as a planning and resource tool.

LATE ARRIVALS

Group organiser should inform The National Wax Museum Plus if it will be unable to keep to the time confirmed or if the group will be more than 15 minutes late arriving at the Museum. The National Wax Museum Plus will do its best to accommodate a group that arrives late or early, we cannot be held responsible for any curtailing of the visit or for any dispute or issue arising from the late or early arrival of the group.

 

NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATIONS

The following cancellation / no-show charges will be applied for any advance booking made for a group of 12 or more:

Cancellation more than 36 hours before arrival: complete refund
Cancellation on day of planned arrival or a no-show: 50% charged.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made either by cash, credit card or cheque, either in advance or on arrival. Payment in advance through the booking office and payment on arrival can be made directly at our Reception Desk located on the ground floor.

FREE PLACES POLICY

The National Wax Museum Plus offers free admission for a group organiser / tour manager subject to a minimum of 12 paying visitors for all pre-booked groups. One free group place for groups of 12 plus (ie 13th person is free of charge)
